This was an inspired build! I’ve always wanted to make a tree house or fort. My packing crate I used for storing cushions in, a bit more up-cycling and some of the wood from a spare garden table made for a rather simple and affective fort.
The sides are left over wood from my shed and pergola and the roof leftover from my shed. The steps are my old loft stairs (that wasn’t fun to replace).
I cut a wee window so they can sit in and read books. It might get some additions with time.
Basically a fort made out of leftover wood! Perfect for my kids first and third birthdays. Hope they like it!
