Our front drive and garden were a bit bleak. Vast and soulless with sharp angles. Too costly and not practical for large changes, I really wanted to soften some of the edges, create a bit of height, depth and colour.
Endless searching led me to some six sided clay pipes. Not sure what the were designed for, but perfect for plants. I then had the long game of trying to find the pattern and best stone support. I ended up choosing slate.
They came on a pallet, and delivery was expensive, so I decided to upgrade our wine rack!

Now the plants have grown up. It works to give a bit of variety to the front of the house.
