One of the chores I hate most is cleaning the shed/ work room. If I worked sensibly it would never get into such a state. Sadly I never learn.
This morning I set out for a big clean, found some oak offcuts and began making a sword and shield for my son. The shield has a ribbon hand hold and the sword tied together by string. Both sanded and varnished. Something else for him to bash off the floor, radiator, table… my head. Shed was also tidied!
My last shed cleaning distraction resulted in a birdhouse!
